  • Milk – 100 ml.
  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.
  • Butter – for greasing the mold.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking process:

Let's start by preparing the potatoes for the casserole. Peel, rinse thoroughly in several waters and cut into thin slices (approximately 1 mm thick). Cutting into slices like this will help the potatoes cook faster.

I had prepared the minced meat for the casserole in advance. The composition is as follows: fatty pork, rolled with onion, garlic, 2 eggs added to the minced meat, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Everything is thoroughly mixed.
