  • five champignons;
  • 35 g of any sausage;

  • olives;
  • 85 g cheese;

Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

2.In the meantime, we are working on products. We cut the sausage into small pieces, chop the mushrooms and fry them with onions in vegetable oil, cut the tomatoes into thin slices, and grate the cheese.

3. While all this was being prepared, the dough had already risen. Add a spoonful of vegetable oil to it and knead a moderately stiff but soft dough. The main thing here is not to overdo it with flour, otherwise the pizza will not rise and will be hard. Roll out the dough into a round layer according to the size of your mold, making small sides.
