How to update the budget classification in 1s 8.3. Updating the classification attributes of accounts (CPS)

Updating the classification attributes of accounts (CPS)

To update the Classification of budget revenues; sections, subsections of expenses; targeted items of expenditure; types of expenses; classification of sources of financing budget deficits; chapters on budget classification, processing "Assistant to update budget classification" is intended. "Accounting - Budget Classification - Budget Classification Update". The Update Assistant window will open. Next, you need to select the update file.

By default, it is called federal.clax and is located in the folder where the program installs (eg C:\Documents and Settings\Username\ApplicationData\1C\1Cv82\tmplts\1c\StateAccounting\Release_number). Let's open the file.

First you need to perform a boot test to detect possible errors. Check the box "Perform a download test" and tick the available updates, click the button "Next".

After some time, the program issues an error log. If you have errors, they must be corrected manually. Next, press the "Back" button. If errors were found, but you did not correct them, you can check the box “Download update even if there were errors”, in which case everything will be loaded except those elements in which there were errors. If this flag is absent, the classifiers will be loaded only if the program does not detect more than one error.

Check the available updates with checkboxes and load the classifiers into information base on the "Next" button.

Programs on the 1C 8.3 platform can not only reflect all business processes in the company. One of their most important functions is to facilitate reporting to regulatory authorities. To do this, certain data must match in various 1C systems - currencies, their rates, a list of countries, banks, units of measurement. If you deviate from this rule, then precedents may arise when mismatches occur when uploading documents to 1C. To prevent such situations, special reference books have been created - classifiers that need to be updated.

Classifiers 1C

In 1C, a classifier is called a systematic list of installed elements for all companies. In typical 1C configurations, there may be various classifiers necessary to take into account certain indicators. There are both universal reference data that you will find in almost every typical 1C configuration on the 8.3 platform, and narrowly focused ones. The first information is the following:

  1. Currencies and their rates;
  2. Units;
  3. Countries of the world;
  4. address classifier.

There are also less popular species classifiers 1C 8.3, designed to display data of a narrow focus. If you have not encountered them, then either they are not in the configuration, or you do not use them. This is also possible, since some configurations are implemented in parts, and many directories are waiting for their turn. How to find out what classifiers are in your database? There are three ways to do this:

It is much easier to recognize directories to which elements from common classifiers can be added. In the form of a list of elements, either there is a button for selecting from the classifier, or when creating an element, 1C will prompt you to use the classifier. Ignoring this request and creating elements manually is fraught with possible errors and inconsistencies with the databases of inspection bodies.

All such directories must be kept up to date and controlled so that users do not have the opportunity to add elements on their own. After all, people can make a mistake, and the price of an error or typo when sending documentation to the tax office can be quite expensive. To add new elements of directories to your infobase, you need to select them from classifiers. Where will new data appear in unified classifiers?

In order for a bank created yesterday or a new currency to appear in your database, you will have to update the classifier in 1C. Do not worry, because this procedure is much easier than updating the configuration - 1C developers have provided the ability to update classifiers with minimal effort. In addition, many configurations support automatic scheduled downloads using scheduled jobs.

There is an opinion that this option can significantly reduce performance, while it is difficult to maintain the order of loading data into classifiers. However, with proper planning and a sufficiently powerful server, you can not worry about these moments. In rare cases, the administrator can disable the scheduled task to update the classifier and update it manually so as not to wait for the specified moment. In such cases, it is important not to waste time, so let's consider the process of updating classifiers in 1C.

Classifier update examples

Administrators and power users need to know where to see which directories are automatically updated and at what time. To check this, you need to go to the following sections (the names may differ depending on the configurations):

  1. Administration;
  2. Service;
  3. Scheduled and background tasks.

This menu displays jobs running on the server without user intervention. Here you can see not only whether a particular task is enabled, the execution status, but also the end time, schedule, and name in the configuration. It is optimal to configure the execution of scheduled tasks at night so as not to disturb users. Naturally, to do this, the server must be running continuously, which is what happens in most companies*.

*There is also an option to use clustering technology: to transfer the execution of all regulated and background tasks to a separate working server within the cluster. The organization of a 1C cluster will ensure high performance of user functionality, which, accordingly, will increase the costs associated with setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the entire solution.

To disable the loading of the classifier to free up memory or to manually load data online, you need to open the required 1C scheduled task. At the top is the “Enabled” item next to the checkbox, which you need to uncheck, and then write the changes to the infobase. Do it consciously, because such an action means that you undertake to keep the classifier up to date.

In order for users to have accurate information without using scheduled tasks, it is necessary to update classifiers manually. Consider updating one of the popular lists - the classifier of banks. Over the past few years, hundreds of banks have closed and opened, so the classifier should be loaded into 1C 8.3 daily or at least once every few days.

The update process consists of several steps:

If you updated the classifier because there was no data in the database, check for their presence after loading. After that, you can return to the directory and add all the necessary banks from the classifier. Updating classifiers in 1C 8.3 from other areas and typical configurations is similar. If you work in a configuration developed from scratch for your company, then you need to clarify with the developers the process of updating classifiers.

Budget classification Russian Federation is a grouping of revenues, expenditures and sources of financing budget deficits budget system Russian Federation, used for the preparation and execution of budgets.

Also, the budget classification is a grouping of revenues, expenditures and sources of financing of budget deficits and / or sector operations. government controlled used for:

  • budgetary (accounting) accounting
  • preparation of budget (accounting) and other financial statements.

Quite often, government accountants are faced with situations where it is necessary to make changes to the Working Chart of Accounts due to a change in budget classification.

The budget classification may be changed upon entry into force of a new version of the order on budget classification or upon entry into force of a new order on budget classification.

In this article, we will consider the procedure for creating a new budget classification code for an expense type in the 1C: Accounting program. public institution 8", ed. 2.0 (hereinafter referred to as BSU 2.0).

Directory "Classification signs of accounts (CPS)"

In BSU 2.0, budget classifiers are stored in the reference books of the group Budget classifiers(chapter - Budget classifiers).

The reference books are delivered completed and contain the relevant budget classifiers approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated 07/01/2013 No. 65n "On Approval of Instructions on the Procedure for Applying the Budget Classification of the Russian Federation" .

Before creating a new CPS in the program, you must first make sure that the budget classifier itself is up to date, that the latest update is available. You can do this using the navigation bar command "Budget Classification Update Assistant"(chapter Planning and Validation - Service).

If there are classifier updates available, then first of all, you need to download the current federal classifiers. It is necessary to entrust this work to a specialized company serving 1C programs, or to an institution programmer if there is such an employee in the organization's staff.

To store 17-bit budget classification codes, which are involved in the formation of the Working Chart of Accounts, a reference book is intended.

To view the guide "Classification signs of accounts (CPS)" follows in section "Accounting and reporting" select navigation bar command "Classification signs of accounts (CPS)".

Entering a new classification attribute of an account (CPS) of an expense type

Directory "KPS"- multilevel, CPS can be combined into groups. To enter a new element, press the button "Create"(Insert key).

In the element form that opens, fill in the details in the following order:

Type of indicator - type of classification attribute of the account, which determines its structure.

  • For the expenditure CPS used by state institutions and authorities, it is necessary to choose an indicator KRB.
  • For the expenditure CPS used by budgetary and autonomous institutions, it is necessary to select an indicator AU and BU, and specify the KRB in Refinement of the indicator.

The start date and end date of the CPS are determined by the start (end) dates of the action of its constituent elements of the classifiers.

Expenditure Classification (CRB) presented in three guides:

  • Section and subsection;
  • Target article;
  • Type of expense.

KPS of the KRB type are formed by selecting codes from the corresponding budget classifiers.

After selecting the position of the classifier, its name will be displayed next to the selected code.

To select a target article, first open the selection field "Program and subprogramme, main event".

If zeros are indicated in the corresponding digits of the expense classification code, for example, the code does not contain a program (subprogram), the corresponding attribute of the group "The composition of the classification feature" is not required. In the CPS code, empty values will be replaced by "0".

After filling in all the required details, click the button "Record and Close" to save a new element in the directory.

The generated code of the classification attribute of the KRB account will be reflected in the general list of the KPS directory and will be available for selection in the Working Chart of Accounts of the institution with the subsequent possibility of its selection in the documents.
