Updating the classification attributes of accounts (CPS)
To update the Classification of budget revenues; sections, subsections of expenses; targeted items of expenditure; types of expenses; classification of sources of financing budget deficits; chapters on budget classification, processing "Assistant to update budget classification" is intended. "Accounting - Budget Classification - Budget Classification Update". The Update Assistant window will open. Next, you need to select the update file.
By default, it is called federal.clax and is located in the folder where the program installs (eg C:\Documents and Settings\Username\ApplicationData\1C\1Cv82\tmplts\1c\StateAccounting\Release_number). Let's open the file.

Check the available updates with checkboxes and load the classifiers into information base on the "Next" button.
Programs on the 1C 8.3 platform can not only reflect all business processes in the company. One of their most important functions is to facilitate reporting to regulatory authorities. All such directories must be kept up to date and controlled so that users do not have the opportunity to add elements on their own. After all, people can make a mistake, and the price of an error or typo when sending documentation to the tax office can be quite expensive. To add new elements of directories to your infobase, you need to select them from classifiers. Where will new data appear in unified classifiers?
In order for a bank created yesterday or a new currency to appear in your database, you will have to update the classifier in 1C. Do not worry, because this procedure is much easier than updating the configuration - 1C developers have provided the ability to update classifiers with minimal effort. In addition, many configurations support automatic scheduled downloads using scheduled jobs.
There is an opinion that this option can significantly reduce performance, while it is difficult to maintain the order of loading data into classifiers. However, with proper planning and a sufficiently powerful server, you can not worry about these moments. In rare cases, the administrator can disable the scheduled task to update the classifier and update it manually so as not to wait for the specified moment. In such cases, it is important not to waste time, so let's consider the process of updating classifiers in 1C.
Classifier update examples
Administrators and power users need to know where to see which directories are automatically updated and at what time. To check this, you need to go to the following sections (the names may differ depending on the configurations):
- Administration;
- Service;
- Scheduled and background tasks.
This menu displays jobs running on the server without user intervention. Here you can see not only whether a particular task is enabled, the execution status, but also the end time, schedule, and name in the configuration. It is optimal to configure the execution of scheduled tasks at night so as not to disturb users. Naturally, to do this, the server must be running continuously, which is what happens in most companies*.

The organization of a 1C cluster will ensure high performance of user functionality, which, accordingly, will increase the costs associated with setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the entire solution.
To disable the loading of the classifier to free up memory or to manually load data online, you need to open the required 1C scheduled task. At the top is the “Enabled” item next to the checkbox, which you need to uncheck, and then write the changes to the infobase. Do it consciously, because such an action means that you undertake to keep the classifier up to date.
In order for users to have accurate information without using scheduled tasks, it is necessary to update classifiers manually. Consider updating one of the popular lists - the classifier of banks. Over the past few years, hundreds of banks have closed and opened, so the classifier should be loaded into 1C 8.3 daily or at least once every few days.
The update process consists of several steps:
If you updated the classifier because there was no data in the database, check for their presence after loading. After that, you can return to the directory and add all the necessary banks from the classifier. Updating classifiers in 1C 8.3 from other areas and typical configurations is similar. If you work in a configuration developed from scratch for your company, then you need to clarify with the developers the process of updating classifiers.

In BSU 2.0, budget classifiers are stored in the reference books of the group Budget classifiers(chapter - Budget classifiers).
The reference books are delivered completed and contain the relevant budget classifiers approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated 07/01/2013 No. 65n "On Approval of Instructions on the Procedure for Applying the Budget Classification of the Russian Federation" .
Before creating a new CPS in the program, you must first make sure that the budget classifier itself is up to date, that the latest update is available. You can do this using the navigation bar command "Budget Classification Update Assistant"(chapter Planning and Validation - Service).
If there are classifier updates available, then first of all, you need to download the current federal classifiers. It is necessary to entrust this work to a specialized company serving 1C programs, or to an institution programmer if there is such an employee in the organization's staff.

Entering a new classification attribute of an account (CPS) of an expense type
Directory "KPS"- multilevel, CPS can be combined into groups. To enter a new element, press the button "Create"(Insert key).
In the element form that opens, fill in the details in the following order:
Type of indicator - type of classification attribute of the account, which determines its structure.
- For the expenditure CPS used by state institutions and authorities, it is necessary to choose an indicator KRB.
- For the expenditure CPS used by budgetary and autonomous institutions, it is necessary to select an indicator AU and BU, and specify the KRB in Refinement of the indicator.
The start date and end date of the CPS are determined by the start (end) dates of the action of its constituent elements of the classifiers.
Expenditure Classification (CRB) presented in three guides:

- Type of expense.
KPS of the KRB type are formed by selecting codes from the corresponding budget classifiers.
After selecting the position of the classifier, its name will be displayed next to the selected code.
To select a target article, first open the selection field "Program and subprogramme, main event".
If zeros are indicated in the corresponding digits of the expense classification code, for example, the code does not contain a program (subprogram), the corresponding attribute of the group "The composition of the classification feature" is not required. In the CPS code, empty values will be replaced by "0".
After filling in all the required details, click the button "Record and Close" to save a new element in the directory.
The generated code of the classification attribute of the KRB account will be reflected in the general list of the KPS directory and will be available for selection in the Working Chart of Accounts of the institution with the subsequent possibility of its selection in the documents.

- Select the classifier loading source. It could be:

- To complete the update of OFK formats, in the previously opened window "Exchange with treasury systems and bank institutions" next to the "Format settings" field, click on the button with the image of 3 dots. In the window that opens, select the format currently used and click the "Change" button (the button shows a pencil).
- In the window that opens, you need to click the "Fill" button, and then click on the "OK" button.
- Congratulations, you have successfully updated OFK formats in 1C:BSU 1.0!
Setting up "1C: BGU": how to update the address classifier?
- Open the top menu item "Operations" and click on "Registers of information ..."
- In the window that opens, find the item "Address classifier" and double-click on it.
- In the window that opens, click the "Load classifier" button.
- A window for loading classifiers will open, where you will see 4 fields at once, where you can enter the path to the data file. All fields are not required. It is enough to select the path in only one field (for example, put the path to the KLADR.DBF file in the "Address classifier" field) and all other paths to the update files will be "pulled up" automatically.
- Select the required regions from the list below. To select, move the desired region by highlighting it with the left mouse button and clicking on the button with the blue arrow to the right, then click the "Load" button. You can add all available regions at once by clicking on the double arrow to the right, but in this case, the loading time may increase significantly.
- Congratulations - your address classifier in 1C:BSU 1.0 has been successfully updated!

To load the currency classifier, similarly to banks, you need to use the button on the Currencies list form - Selection from OKW. The system will allow you to select the ones you need from the classifier list and automatically create the currency in the directory.

In 1C 8.2, the data from this classifier is reflected in the primary documents - waybills, therefore the classifier should be as relevant as possible.
To load the currency classifier, similarly to banks and currencies, you need to use the button on the Currencies list form - Selection from OKEI.
