  • vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • baking powder - ½ tsp;
  • black tea - 1 tsp for 125 ml.

Cooking time: about 2 hours.

Now you can start cooking:

  1. Carefully separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks intensively with a blender. Add sugar, starch, cinnamon, vanilla, beat again. My apples, peel and pit, rub on a fine grater or pass through a meat grinder. We mix the grated cottage cheese with sour cream, applesauce and also add to our mass. Beat egg whites separately and fold into batter last.
  2. Lubricate the bowl of the multicooker well with oil, preferably creamy, pour the dough into it, close the lid and turn on the baking mode. If the cooking time is not set automatically, then set it to 60 minutes.
  3. If the power of the multicooker is less than 500W, then, most likely, an hour will not be enough for the pudding to be fully cooked, you can increase the cooking time to one and a half hours.
  4. After the specified time, it is advisable not to open the multicooker for another hour, then the pudding will become especially lush and tender. But if you don’t have such an opportunity to wait, you can serve the dish immediately after cooking, the taste will still be delicious.

It can be served on the table as an independent dish or with syrup, jam, condensed milk. Children will be delighted if you decorate the pudding with fresh berries.

For the classic apple semolina pudding you will need:

  • 5 apples;
  • a glass of semolina;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 0.5 l. milk;
  • salt;
  • vanillin;
  • sugar to taste;
  • butter.

After preparing all the necessary ingredients, you can proceed to the most interesting:

  1. First you need to cook semolina porridge. To do this, boil milk in a ladle, gradually add semolina in a thin stream, constantly stirring the mass. If you pour out all the semolina at once, the porridge will be in lumps, the pudding will not be homogeneous. Cool the prepared semolina porridge to room temperature, add butter and vanilla, mix thoroughly.
  2. Separate the proteins from the yolks, remove them for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. We clean the apples and grind with a grater, blender or meat grinder to a puree state.
