What can you bring to the exam. For what violations can they be kicked out of the exam and canceled the exam results?

Graduates of the Russian Federation began to write a unified state exam. There are special standards that govern the conduct of final certification for eleventh grade graduates.

So, in these standards nothing is said about the fact that chocolate and drinking water cannot be brought to the exam.

Among the students there are many children who have been preparing for such a serious test for years, visiting tutors, additional classes, studying additional materials on subjects.

However, there are those who have not studied and are not going to study diligently. It is these guys who are trying to bring various cheat sheets, phones and other gadgets with them to the classroom for the exam that will help to cheat.

Unfortunately, this behavior can lead to dire consequences. The student can simply be kicked out of the class, and his work will be completely canceled.

It should be noted that the average duration of the final certification exam at the end of grade 11 is three hours and fifty-five minutes. However, due to stress and unforeseen circumstances, schoolchildren and their parents ask themselves the question: "Is it possible to take food for the Unified State Exam?" The question is quite logical, because during such a time you may at least get thirsty.

It turns out that this year students can take a bottle of water with them to the exam, but only if the organizers of the exam did not take care of coolers with drinking water on the floor. Therefore, to the question "Is it possible to take food for the exam?" we answer - you can take water. And the class teachers inform about the availability of coolers.

When it comes to food, we can safely say that no one eats in the audience. It is known that earlier it was possible to bring chocolate and nuts, but two years ago they decided that this was not worth doing.

Officials from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation believe that after four hours of the exam, the children are unlikely to want to eat. In this they are right, because stress and limited time greatly affect appetite, so you won't want to take any food for the exam.

It is worth noting that in each audience there are observers who make sure that there are no violations and cheating. However, schoolchildren are not completely unarmed. During the delivery of the exact sciences, you can use reference materials and equipment that are allocated by the commission.

Before students enter the classroom and receive tickets, they are searched with a metal detector. Therefore, it is better to get rid of unnecessary items in advance, so that later you do not prove to the commission that they happened to be with you completely by accident.

Thus, the list of prohibited items included mobile phones, smart watches and other similar communicators. You cannot bring calculators with the option of programming, storing data and transmitting them wirelessly.

Portable translators, players and tablets are not allowed. It goes without saying that you can't take cribs either.

The seizure of any such item may result in a protocol. A student who is caught in such a violation is immediately removed from the class, and his work is canceled. In addition, this year, such a violator will not retake the exam.

The main stage USE-2018 will begin on May 28. We will tell you about what you can take with you to the exam, what is forbidden to do during the exam, and what to do if the graduate missed the exam due to illness.

Unified State Exam-2018 Schedule for Secondary School Graduates

The main stage

Additional period

What you can take with you to the exam-2018:

  • black gel or capillary pen,
  • passport,
  • medicines and food (if necessary),
  • a ruler for a math exam, a ruler and non-programmable calculator for a physics exam, a non-programmable calculator for a chemistry exam, a ruler, protractor and a non-programmable calculator for a geography exam,
  • for USE participants with disabilities - special technical means.

How is the exam

All exams begin at 10 am local time, the USE participants start at 9 am. You must show your passport at the entrance.

In case of delay, the duration of the exam is not extended, general instructions on filling out the forms are not separately conducted.

The organizers accompany USE participants to the audience. In the audience, the passport is re-checked, sent to the workplace according to the automated distribution lists. You cannot move to another place!

Participants of the Unified State Exam must carefully listen to the instructions, receive individual sets of examination materials, drafts from the stamps of the educational organization on the basis of which the Unified State Exam is held.

What is prohibited during the exam

Have with you means of communication, electronic computers, photo, audio and video equipment, reference materials (except for those permitted, which are contained in the CMM), written notes and other means of storing and transmitting information.

Take examination materials, writing materials, written notes and other means of storing and transmitting information from the audience.

Take pictures of examination materials.

Talk to each other.

Exchange any items between the participants of the exam.

Leave the audience unaccompanied by the organizer.

For violations of these requirements, the participant can be removed from the exam, his work will not be checked.

Minimum USE scores

For 2018, no cardinal changes are planned in the procedure for holding the exam, GIA-9 and the final essay. As in previous years, there will be only two compulsory subjects for eleventh grade graduates - mathematics and Russian.

The minimum limit for admission to universities, established by Rosobrnadzor, is the following points in compulsory subjects: 36 points in the Russian language and 27 points in mathematics of the profile level.

Participants of the exam, who have completed the examination work ahead of schedule, can pass it to the organizers and leave the exam point without waiting for the end of the exam.

A graduate who missed the exam due to illness must submit a medical certificate to the school. The school promptly transmits information to the state examination commission so that it can appoint a graduate another day for passing the exam, provided for by a single schedule.

The results of the unified state examination for admission to training in undergraduate and specialist programs are valid for four years following the year of obtaining such results. (according to part 2 of article 70 of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ)

If a USE participant (current year graduate) gets a result below the established minimum number of points in one of the compulsory academic subjects, he has the right to retake in additional terms provided by the unified schedule. If the USE participant does not receive the minimum number of points in elective subjects, retaking the exam is provided only after a year.

The national examination is a difficult and responsible test on the way to obtaining the desired profession. Successful passing of exams not only determines the number of points scored for, but opens the doors of the chosen one for yesterday's student, gives him the opportunity to get a job in a good company and lays the foundation for career growth. Of course, a failed exam is not a sentence or the end of the world. It is necessary to take into account a simple human factor - due to excitement or illness, it suddenly became bad, or the student was confused in an unfamiliar environment and, as a result, could not score the required score.

However, this is just an annoying accident. It is quite another matter if you deprive yourself of a chance for a bright future, if you are kicked out because of prohibited items, gadgets and materials. It is not difficult to eliminate this danger - you just need to familiarize yourself in advance with the list of information materials and special equipment that students can bring with them to the exam and use during the exam.

List of subjects prohibited on the exam

Most of the examination subjects, except for those discussed below, do not provide for the use of additional materials. There is a strict prohibition on any unnecessary items, including a regular telephone. Each student, before crossing the threshold of the building allocated for the exams, should once again check whether he has any prohibited items from our list with him:

  • smartphone or regular mobile phone;
  • smart watch or other watch with the function of supporting various types of files;
  • pager;
  • communicator;
  • calculator of the programmable type. Do not waste money on expensive "computers" that can store large amounts of information in memory, as well as transmit them wirelessly. Such calculators are classified as cheat sheets and are strictly prohibited, and students who are found to have such calculators will be removed from exams;
  • dictionary or reference book;
  • electronic translator;
  • camera;
  • mp3 player;
  • video equipment.

Before the exam, you will have to pass not only mobile phones, but also smart watches!

Of course, all sorts of written notes and notes, popularly referred to as cheat sheets, are also strictly prohibited when passing the exam. In the event that someone from the commission members or observers notices at least one subject from the prohibited list in the student's possession, the decision to remove him from the exam will be made immediately. The fact of violation must be entered into the examination protocol, which may in the future affect the reputation of the violator.

What can you take for the exam-2017?

The list of reference books and equipment that a student can use when taking a national exam is not just a random selection of subjects. Departmental commissions that develop tests for the exam draw up such lists based on the actual needs of the examinees. Therefore, it is quite logical that, for example, in a physics exam you can use a calculator, and for future chemists it is important to have the periodic table of elements at hand.

The orders of the Russian Ministry of Education on the procedure for conducting exams are updated annually, so that on the eve of the 2017 exams, you can once again familiarize yourself with the final list of permitted subjects, so as not to deprive yourself of a chance for success out of your own stupidity. As a rule, on the exam, it is allowed to use the following auxiliary materials.

  • Maths- only ruler is allowed. All reference books and tables necessary for solving examination tasks are issued directly in the examination class, making up a single set with a ticket;
  • Geography- The allowed items are a ruler, a protractor and a basic calculator model that can perform operations for division, addition, subtraction, root extraction and trigonometric calculations (without the possibility of programming);
  • Chemistry- it is allowed to use a ruler and a basic calculator with the ability to calculate trigonometric functions. Additional materials, which include the periodic table, tables of the degree of solubility in water of compounds and reference materials of the electrochemical series of metal voltages, are distributed to students on the spot, in one set with a ticket;
  • Physics- you can bring with you the basic model of the calculator (without the possibility of programming, but allowing you to do trigonometric calculations) and a ruler. All reference books necessary for work are issued complete with an examination card;
  • Foreign language- You cannot bring anything from home, however, students are supplied with sound-reproducing equipment and discs with materials for solving listening tasks.

Exactly one month remained with the graduates of Tomsk schools to prepare for the most important exam - the Unified State Exam. Someone relies solely on their own knowledge and will go to the final testing, taking only a pen and a passport, and someone, for greater reliability, will take with them a little thing or accessory that brings good luck. And here it is important that the treasured item does not appear on the list of prohibited things.

In the Department of General Education of the Tomsk Region, we were told that on the Unified State Exam, on a mandatory basis, graduates must take with them an identity document (this is a passport), a pen with blue or black paste, and some auxiliary subjects are allowed, based on the specifics of the exam.

The list of additional devices that are allowed to be used during exams for each of the USE subjects is approved annually by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. In addition, reference materials are included in the kits for some of them, the specialists of the department said.

For example, renting Unified State Exam in Mathematics, p You are allowed to use a ruler. Reference materials that can be used during the exam are given to each USE participant along with the text of his examination paper.

On Unified State Exam in Geography hardly anyone will allow you to bring a globe with you, but a non-programmable calculator - please. The calculator must provide arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, root extraction) and the calculation of trigonometric functions (sin, cos, tg, ctg, arcsin, arcos, arctg). The device should not provide the ability to store in its memory databases of exam tasks and their solutions, as well as any other information, the knowledge of which is directly or indirectly checked on the exam. You can also take a ruler and a protractor.

To those who surrender Unified State Exam in Chemistry, you can also take the simplest calculator. The student has the right to demand a table with the periodic system of chemical elements from D.I. Mendeleev, the table of the solubility of salts, acids and bases in water and the table of the electrochemical series of metal voltages.

Concerning Unified State Exam in Physics, the range of items that you can take with you is small: a calculator with a limited number of functions, a ruler and some reference materials that can only be requested from an examination board assistant.

On Unified State Exam in Foreign Languages graduates will be given additional materials and equipment, sound reproducing equipment, audio cassettes or compact discs (CD) with materials for completing the tasks of section 1 "Listening".

It is strictly forbidden to use:

Mobile phones or other means of communication;

Any electronic computing devices and reference materials.

If these rules are violated, the organizers have the right to remove the USE participant by making an entry in the exam protocol with an indication of the reason. On the forms and in the pass there will be a mark about the fact of removal from the exam.

Sofia SEVOSTYANOVA.

It is rightfully considered a difficult and responsible test for eleventh graders, which opens the door to adulthood. High points scored for the final exam are a guarantee for a budgetary form of study, a chance to obtain a prestigious specialty and a competitive diploma, as well as the opportunity to get a job in a good company, receive an excellent salary and grow as a professional.

There are many students among the students who have been preparing for this test for several years, studying textbooks, working with tutors, attending courses and working with demo versions of KIMs. However, there are those who do not plan to study day and night, but want to bring a smart watch or a mobile phone into the classroom to cheat. Unfortunately, this path can lead to your removal from the audience and zeroing of the USE results.

Special observers ensure that students use only permitted subjects during the exams. However, you will not find yourself completely unarmed on the exam - when passing the exact sciences, reference materials and equipment provided by the commission will help you. In the meantime, let's get acquainted with the lists of permitted and prohibited things so that you do not make an annoying, and maybe fatal, mistake when passing the exam in 2018!

An item from the list of prohibited in your pocket is a reason to be removed from the exam!

What subjects are prohibited at the Unified State Exam-2018?

It should be said right away that all audiences for writing the exam will be equipped with video equipment - every step, look and movement of students will be recorded, and, if necessary, they will be able to demonstrate the moment of violation of the rules of conduct on the exam. In addition, there are members of the supervisory committee in the classes, who monitor the order during the exam and the behavior of the students.

Before entering the classroom and receiving a ticket, the student has to go through the metal detector frame. Get rid of unnecessary items in your pockets in advance, so that later you do not have to prove to the commission that they came to you in a completely random way. The list of prohibited things includes:

  • smartphones (mobile phones);
  • smart watches (watch phones) supporting IOS, Android or Windows applications;
  • any communicators;
  • calculators with the functions of programming, storing data arrays and transmitting them wirelessly;
  • dictionaries and reference materials;
  • portable translators;
  • cameras;
  • mp3 players;
  • tablets;
  • cheat sheets.

The seizure of any of the above items entails the execution of a protocol. A student caught in such a misdemeanor is immediately removed from the audience, and the results of his exam are canceled. In addition, the offender is deprived of the opportunity to retake the exam this year.

Separately, it should be said that you cannot bring food to exams. All USEs last less than 4 hours - according to health care standards, a schoolchild can easily live such a time period without a snack. The issue of water should be resolved separately - check in advance whether there will be a cooler in the class. If not provided, you must be allowed to take a small bottle of water (important point: it should not have a label).

What can you use at the exam-2018?

On the exam, you can use calculators without a programming function

The list of materials and subjects that graduates can use at the all-Russian examination was thought out and approved by departmental and specialized commissions. It is believed to be able to meet the needs of eleventh graders as much as possible. This is because exact objects require calculations that cannot be done in the head, and even the most experienced chemistry professionals always have the periodic table on hand.

As a result, the list approved by Rosobrnadzor looks like this:

  • Students are only allowed to use a ruler. In addition, a table with two-digit squares and a mini-guide with basic algebraic formulas are attached to the CMMs;
  • - the student can bring his own ruler, use a protractor and perform calculations on a simple calculator that allows addition, subtraction, division and multiplication, as well as calculating mathematical functions from an angle (trigonometric);
  • Students are allowed to have a simple calculator with them, in which division, multiplication, subtraction, addition, and the ability to calculate trigonometric functions are available. Complete with the CMM, reference materials will be offered, including the periodic table of elements. The CMM will also include a table with the degrees of solubility of compounds in water (salt, acid, base). Another assistant for schoolchildren will be information on the electrochemical series of voltages in metals;
  • It is allowed to bring and use a simple calculator that can perform division, addition, subtraction and multiplication, and also calculates trigonometric functions. Another permitted item is a ruler. Eleventh graders will also be provided with reference materials needed to solve problems;
  • You cannot bring any materials and things to the exam. However, students will be able to use sound-reproducing equipment to perform listening (a fragment is included for all students at the same time). At the oral part of the examination, students will be provided with a computer (laptop) with software and equipment that records the answers.

The rest of the disciplines that can be selected as the Unified State Exam do not provide for the use of additional equipment and reference books.
