How to solve part C of the exam in social studies?

Small results from the disassembled version. We checked it without an essay, we will immediately take this into account when calculating points (- 5 points, this is the maximum for C9).

Of the maximum possible, thus 22 points, 15 points are scored. That's a lot. Combining this with 17 points for Part A and 11 for Part B, it turns out (that's almost 67 points). That is, the graduate claims a high level of USE scores. I recommend that you continue this work in our group.

Task 2 of the USE in society: how to solve

The complexity of this task 2 of the Unified State Exam in Social Studies is that it is required to find a generalizing word for the specified number of terms. A generalizing word is a generic term or concept that includes in its meaning the meanings of other concepts and terms. As in other tasks of the Unified State Exam in society, the topics of the tasks can be very different: the social sphere, political, spiritual, etc.

For example, here is a task from a real USE test in society:

A cult is worship of something.

You can put a broom in the corner of your room for experiment. And pray to him every day, talk to him ... In a month it will be the most valuable item for you :). Create a broom cult. What is religion? This is a specific form of worldview, awareness of the world. It is clear that the concept of "religion" includes the concept of "cult", since the worldview can include the worship of different deities. For example, paganism among the Eastern Slavs: some had the cult of Perun (the god of thunder and lightning), others - the cult of the god of swamps, etc.

Or, for example, Orthodox Christianity: there is the cult of Jesus Christ, there is the cult of the holy spirit, there is the cult of the Most Holy Theotokos ... Got it?

OK. So the correct answer is religion

Recommendation 2. You need to know well the terms and concepts from various topics in social science. Understand which terms are related to which, and which ones derive from them. You need to understand that social science topics exist so abstract that applicants simply do not enter the logic of the material. And if you do not have standard background knowledge, then get ready to move part of your way in the dark.

Also, there is a sea of ​​definitions and processes in society, between which you need to understand the tough connection! If you do not understand how social processes are interconnected, even from the same social and political spheres, if you are not guided by the concepts of the development of society, do not understand them ... then that's it, natural tin is waiting for you!

Added to this is the fact that the USE tests require not only knowing and being able to navigate in the material studied, being able to solve simple problems: to understand processes, to be able to count income and expenses =) Look into the collection of test tasks and you will understand what I mean.

The fact that some topics of society fall out of the school course will finish you off: you simply do not have time to go through this material. In our beloved law, we are guided somehow, and questions about the truth, from the section "spiritual sphere" - are just dumping tasks ...
